Construction has begun on Africa`s tallest building located in Upperhill, Nairobi Kenya. The Pinnacle Towers, is being developed by Hass Petroleum and White Lotus Project at a cost of Kshs. 20 billion with completion slated for December 2019.
Once complete the Tallest building in Africa, standing at 900 feet high, will comprise of a total of 70 floors. It will comprise of 45 floors Hilton hotel, class A offices on 20 floors and 200 one, two and three bed roomed residential units.
Other features include a Helipad at 800 feet high-the highest in Africa, viewing deck at 800 feet, shopping malls among`st other features.
