MPESA HACKED!!!!!

 M-PESA experienced service disruption on 27.07.23 affecting ban-to-mobile money transfers. In a strange twist of things, the tech company is yet to acknowledge the downtime

Most Kenyans experienced the downtime in which all their services could not be accessed from their apps, Super app and their online platform. This extended and affected transfers from banks to their Mpesa wallets. Some banks confirmed this by sending out notifications to their customers on the outage. 

The operator known for their tight-knit communications system that does not reveal that do not reveal about downtimes with no success from media outlets on digging on the matter.
