Designs for cooking gas lines and pipework is part of our scope. However, most of our cooking needs do not require an elaborate or extensive designs hence application of the Gas cylinders. Many times, you have had to sleep hungry because your cooking gas ran out on you while cooking. Here is how to avoid the Suprise.
In the current economy, not many of us are able to keep an extra gas cylinder as a backup thus get surprises here and there while preparing our favorite meals. In addition, not many are able to afford a regulator. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to check on how much gas you have left;
1. Place your cylinder in an upright position where it is open; outdoors or away from any electronic devices.
2. Fill a container a jug with warm water. Note that it should be near hot but not very hot or boiling water.
3. Pour the water on one side of the cylinder. If you are a man, place some clothes underneath so you don't run into trouble with your lady. Ladies, just go ahead and pour the warm water.
4. Run your hand down the water covered side taking note of the water temperature.
Whenever you will feel the water is warm, that means that part of your cylinder is empty with gas. As you go down, it will feel cooler from which that should be the level of your gas.
